omg! hand!

Soundtrack Meme

Taken from [info]thegypsyqueen That'd be Sarah B. Everyone wave and say hi! If your life was a movie, what would the soundtrack be? So, here's how it works: 1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc) 2. Put it on shuffle 3. Press play 4. For every question, type the song that's playing 5. When you go to a new question, press the next button 6. Don't lie Opening Credits- “The Whistling Tune” from Disney’s Robin Hood (hmmm… nice. Except I was hoping the beginning of my soundtrack wouldn’t sound so hillbilly-ish. Seems I’ll never be able to escape Star-Spangled Canteen…)   Waking Up- “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree” by KT Tunstall (Huhwah? A nice little tune to brush my teeth to…)   First Day of School- “When You Got It, Flaunt It” from The Producers musical (How fitting for a school setting! Slutty little kindergarter I was…)   Falling in Love- “Redemption” by Gackt (As this is Japanese, I have no idea what he’s saying. Gackt has a nice romantic voice, even though the song isn’t remotely so. Maybe my love will be really passionate, angsty and hard rockin’?)   Fight Song- “Do You Love Me?” from Fiddler on the Roof (Gee, this song and the song above should be totally switched. Damn, my soundtrack is screwy…)   Breaking Up- Mozart’s “Turkish March” (I’ve always thought that my breakup would be angrier… at least it’s fast-paced and frenzied…)   Prom- “Leaving on a Jet Plane” by Frank Sinatra (Incredibly fitting for Prom Night… though I doubt they’d play it… not the kind of song you can really grind to, ya know…)   Life’s Ok- “Mr. Bojangles” by Bob Dylan (Yay! I was hoping I’d get some Dylan… Nice, laid back song, too… although kind of sad.)   Mental Breakdown- “Butterfly Caught” by Massive Attack (Perfect for my descent into insanity, lovely techno beat.)   Driving- “One-Winged Angel” by Nobuo Uematsu from Final Fantasy VII (Sounds like impending doom… exactly how I feel about driving.)   Flashback- “Fame” by David Bowie (Again, another fitting one… perhaps me as an older woman, looking back on my younger acting/writing years, thinking how fleeting fame is. Hee!)   Getting Back Together- “Clark Gable” by The Postal Service (Yes! Yet another bull’s eye… always thought my “kiss and make up” tune would be something along these lines. Probably my favorite song after “American Pie”)   Birth of a Child- “Be Prepared” from The Lion King (What the everlovin’ Hell?! The title fits, but really, iTunes? Shame on you! “Be prepared for sensational news?” What, that my baby’s the Antichrist?)   Wedding- “Science” by System of a Down (Somehow, I feel that my iTunes is slowly going insane…)   Final Battle- “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown” (Why can’t I get something cool and blood-pumping? At least it has “bad” in the title. Maybe a song for a bar fight?)   Death Scene- “Hell of a Day” by Taylor Hicks (Now we’re getting back on the right track! “If you don’t mind/I’ll be on my way…” Sad. I <3 this song.)   Funeral Song- “Stupid Girls” by Pink (Scratch that last statement. This is whacked! Although I’d like to be remembered for not being a stupid girl, so maybe it does work…)   End Credits- “Jeepers Creepers” by Louis Armstrong (Hmmm, jazzy. This works!)
